ONSITE PROCESS TRAINING

Full day of on-site customer training focused on the tribal knowledge of rubber injection molding. Topics available include Rubber Chemistry & Rheology, Rubber Molding Process, Rubber Molding Machinery & Tools, Rubber Molding Defects & Troubleshooting, Quality Control, Industrialization Best Practices, and a general open-forum for customer questions.
Training sessions require 1/2 down deposit invoiced and due within 30 days of booking to lock-in the training location and date. Remaining 1/2 due upon completion of the training session. Travel costs and time billed separately.
ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING
$250
Hourly rate for proactively scheduled remote one-on-one training. Topics are based on customer needs, but could encompass rubber injection basics, process setup, troubleshooting, industry rules of thumb, and a general open-forum for customer questions.
PROCESS CONSULT
PRICING AVAILABLE
On-site evaluation with remote consultation of one current rubber product process compared to industry-best practices. This consultation offers practical insights and specific recommendations for improvement to better compete with the best in the industry. Key topics include investigations into current rubber molding machine processes and secondary operations and recommendations on process corrections or improvement. Travel costs and time billed separately.
OPERATIONAL CONSULT

On-site evaluation with remote consultation of current molding unit operational practices for product/people/process compared to the industry's best molders. This consultation offers practical insights and specific recommendations for improvement so the entire molding unit better competes with the best in the industry.
Operational Consultations require 1/2 down deposit invoiced and due within 30 days of booking to lock-in the location and date. Remaining 1/2 due upon completion of the remote consultation after on-site visit. Travel costs and time billed separately.
